I love these things and so wish I could take them with me! If you suffer from allergies or are sensitive to all the VOC chemicals that buildings and carpets off gas, these purifiers are a life saver! \r\rI have two 270E Blueair air purifiers with active carbon filters. They are only two years old and in excellent condition. I just replaced the filters a couple months ago, so they won't need another replacement for some month (the filters need to be replaced twice a year - an indicator light will let you know when it's time for new ones). I paid 55,000 JPY for each new. I am asking 15,000 JPY for them. \r\rI also have one of the larger size, the Blueair 450E. It also has an active carbon filter that was recently replaced.
